論台灣在兩岸關係之角色：扈從或制衡？－以「磁吸效應」現象為例

摘要

許多國際關係學者以「階層制」的概念，作為研究國際體系之途徑，故本文嘗試從階層制的研究觀點出發，套用東亞體系內的兩岸關係實例，研究並分析兩岸關係中的階層制關係。除了分析兩岸的階層制關係外，本文仍試圖就台灣應採的立場及作為提出探討。依據本文主題，主要將研究命題設定為三項：（一）研究兩岸與階層制存在之關聯。（二）台灣在兩岸階層制下的立場與作為。（三）套用經濟面向的「磁吸效應」實例加以說明。期許透過本文的研究，提供最有利於兩岸經濟合作模式之再思考。

Quite many IR theorists research international system in terms of ＂hierarchical system.＂ As a result, this article would start from the viewpoint of ＂hierarchy＂, and trying to research the hierarchical connections between the Mainland China and Taiwan. According to the topic of this article, there are three main propositions will be discussed here. First of all, it focuses on the relationship between both sides of the straits and hierarchical structures. Secondly, it also tries to figure out the proper role and standpoint of Taiwan under this kind of hierarchical structures. Last but not least, by using the case of ＂The Magnetic Effect＂ to explain more additionally. Looking forward to offer the way to rethink what the most beneficial way is to the Mainland China and Taiwan through this research.
