高溫下長距離跑步前後血液生化值的探討

Effects of Long Distance Runing on Blood Parameters during High Temperatures

摘要

The study of 40 university players was divided into two teams: A and B. Average 19.85 years old, which took part in 2. 10,000 meter of running in high temperature. Blood tests for AST、ALT、CK、LDH、LA and TNT were taken before, immediately after 1 hour, 5 hours after and 24 hours after exercise. (1) Enzyme activity in the blood before and after exercise of all the participating athletes. (2) Differences of Enzyme activity in the blood between the A and B teams. Results: 1. There was hardly any change in any of the 40 players ALT (p>0.05). The AST measured immediately after exercise rose (p<0.05), but after 1 hour returned to the level before exercise. The level of CK rose after exercise and when compared with the results before exercise the difference was (p<0.05), after 24 hours the level was of that before exercise. After 1 hour of activity LDH rose, but after 5 hours and 24 hours an obvious downward pattern was noted. The levels of LA after 1, 5 and 24 hours of exercise dropped. 2. The difference between A and B teams CK levels before exercise and 1 hour after exercise was (p<0.05). The results from all the other tests showed the following difference between the 2 teams: (p>0.05). The athletes competed in high temperatures with a high level of humidity and although during the 24 hours after exercise there was some change in the Enzyme activity in the blood, the levels returned to normal after another 24 hours. Therefore having no effects on the athlete's bodies.
