足球教練領導行為之差異研究-以95年度足協盃大學菁英賽為主

A Study of Soccer Coaches' Diverse Leadership Behaviors-From "2006 Annual Soccer Association Cup College Elite Games"

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同大專校院背景足球選手知覺教練領導行為之現況與差異情形。採問卷調查法,以大專男子選手參加95年度足協盃大學菁英賽之參賽學校為研究對象,共計發出350份問卷,回收之有效問卷為310份(89%)。研究工具以「大專男子足球選手知覺教練領導行為問卷」施測,所得數據資料為採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行處理,其結果為: 一、在本研究中,大專校院足球選手以大專甲組選手最多(51.9%);參與足球運動年齡方面以6-9年最多(30%);在與教練相處年數方面以3年以上最多(36.1%);在選手層級以大專盃級為最多(74.2%);在每週練習天數上以2-3天最多(48.4%)。在是否為主力球員上,選擇不是主力球員最多(53.2%)。 二、本研究大專校院男子足球選手知覺教練領導行為之現況,以因素一「訓練指導行為」之平均數得分最高,而以「專制行為」的平均數得分最低。 三、不同足球選手背景變項在教練領導行為差異上,在不同組別、不同足球運動之球齡、不同教練相處年數、不同最高選手層級、不同每週練習天數達顯著差異。在是否為主力球員之選手知覺教練領導行為差異方面,「獎勵行為」因素上達顯著差異,其餘四個因素均未達顯著差異。

The goal of this study is to discuss the present situation and diversities of soccer players' cognitions from different colleges of their coaches' leadership behaviors. By utilizing the method of questionnaires and take college male soccer players participating 2006 Annual Soccer Association Cup College Elite Games as the subjects, 310 valid responses out of 350 questionnaires sent out (89%). The research tool was the questionnaire ”College male soccer player's cognition of their coaches' leadership behavior”, and the data was analyzed descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA. The results were found as follows: 1. In this research, most college male players are level A players (51.9%) and have played soccer about six to nine years (30%). High percentage of them has gotten along their coaches for more than three years (36.1%). Most of them are college soccer cup (74.2%) and practice 2-3 days a week (48.4%). As for the question of top players, not most of them are top players of their teams (53.2%). 2. The current situation of coaches' leadership behaviors, one factor ”training and supervising behaviors” received the highest mean score; and the lowest mean score located on the factor of ”tyrannical behaviors”. 3. Male players with different background as predictors predicting diverse coaches' leadership behavior revealed statistical significances on groups, years of playing soccer, years of getting alone with their coaches, the highest level of players, and days of practice per week. As for the factor top players predicting diverse coaches' leadership behavior, the factor ”rewarding behaviors” was statistically significant while the other four factors were not.
