混合市售漂白水與有機染料RB-19之化學反應動力特性

Chemical Kinetics of Mixture the Commercial Bleach and Organic Dye RB-19

摘要


本研究以市售常見之漂白水混合有機染料RB-19,探討其漂白水中OCl(上標 -)與染料之化學反應動力特性。先以氧化還原滴定法確認市售漂白水中含有OCl(上標 -)濃度,UV/VIS分光光譜儀求得有機染料RB-19吸收峰波長位置與漂白水吸收峰波長位置。利用化學計量法求得化學反應速率方程式,與阿瑞尼士方程式求化學反應活化能與碰撞頻率。研究結果顯示市售漂白水實際存在OCl(上標 -)濃度僅為標示次氯酸鈉濃度之0.3968,而混合漂白水與染料RB-19反應動力特性,其有機染料RB-19反應級數為0.5級反應,漂白水OCl(上標 -)反應級數為1級反應,碰撞頻率為1.87486×10^9與活化能73.006kJ/mole。

This study discussed the chemical kinetics of mixture the commercial bleach and organic reactive blue dye (RB-19). We use the oxidation reduction titration to confirm the concentration of hypochlorite ion in the commercial bleach. Chemical kinetics measurement were using UV/visible spectrophotometer to make sure the absorb wavelength of OCl(superscript -) and RB-19, the stoichiometry to find the chemical reaction rate equation, and Arrhenius equation to find the activation energy and frequency factor. The result shows that the real concentration of OCl(superscript -) was less than the label of commercial bleach. The reaction order of RB-19 was 0.5-order reaction and OCl(superscript -) was 1-order reaction. The frequency factor (A) was 1.87486×10^9 and activation energy (Ea) was 73.006 kJ/mole.
