國際體育會議之申辦與舉辦探討－以IOC第117屆年會爲例

摘要

本文旨在探討申辦與舉辦國際體育會議並以國際奧會年會的申辦爲對象，採用文件分析的方法，透過對年會的地位與作用、舉辦年會的相關技術問題、籌辦企劃和我國申辦的可能性分析等探討。發現新加坡成功地舉辦國際奧會第117屆年會的表現，深信我國有足夠的能力與實力舉辦國際奧會相關活動，尤其正當積極行銷台灣之際，藉由與國際奧會合作跨足國際體壇舞台，也是國家所應積極努力的目標，透過新加坡舉辦國際奧會年會的經驗和情況，對我國未來爭辦國際體育會議有正面助益。

This research is to explore the probing into applying for and holding the international sports meeting and as the target with the international bidding of knowing the annual meeting, by document analysis, through status and function, hold relevant technological question of annual meeting, make arrangements for enterprise planning and possibility person who analysis discussion that our country apply for in annual meeting. we found the Singapore succeeds in holding international behavior of knowing the 117th annual meeting, deeply convinced enough ability and strength hold the international relevant activities that will in our country, especially while on sale throughout Taiwan actively, by will cooperate in stepping the stage of global sport of foot with international, it is the goal that the country should make great efforts actively too, hold international experience and situation of knowing the annual meeting through Singapore, strive for the international sports meeting to benefit to our country positively in the future.
