摘要

人口老化是當今世界各國共同面臨的社會變遷經驗，然而以老化的速度來看，臺灣老年人口增加之速度驚人，唯有把握銀髮族健康產業的發展趨勢，在21世紀中才會有競爭力。本文從產值面、照顧服務面、保險制度面、政策面來介紹銀髮健康產業之概念與現況；另一方面，就銀髮族健康產業之未來趨勢進行分析，包括社區照顧服務模式、老人住宅盛行、銀髮產業人才之培育、遠距居家照護市場興起及銀髮族成爲消費主力，最後爲使銀髮族能面對挑戰迎向幸福，需落實法規制定、建立照顧管理制度與培育人力資源、且掌握銀髮產業未來趨勢，創造就業機會，才能促進銀髮族群與全民之福祉。

Population aging and experiencing social change is facing the world today. The elderly population has increased dramatically in the 21st century, especially in Taiwan. The only way to grasp senior healthy industry development trend will be competitive. In this paper, we introduce the current situation of the senior health industry from four aspects: output value, care services, insurance and policy. On the other hand, the future trends of the senior health industry including the model of community care services, elderly housing prevalence, manpower training, telehealth care market, and the consumers tend to become senior citizens. Finally, for the purpose of facing the challenges and gain the well-being to seniors, we should pay attention to legislate, establish the care management, the manpower cultivates, and grasp the future trends of the senior health industry, as well as create the employment opportunities, in order to promote the welfare for the people. The following research may use research of way the quantification questionnaire or the thorough interview, in order to help seeks old person the demand, is helpful development and the policy the industrial execution.
