民間參與校園運動休閒中心經營之探討
The Possibility Assessment of Private Sector Investment in Sports Recreational Center Management

The purpose of this study was to understand the possibility of private business investing in the management of public school sport recreation center by BOT model. The literature reviews and analysis based on the management perspective, market perspective, financial perspective and ligestive perspective were conducted to assess the possibility of facility operation. Hopfully, a high quality sport recreation center which meets school and public need will be build and ooperated by the professional management team thus provide the residents a sound exercise environment.
