摘要

本研究以台中市南區一所規畫新建校園休閒運動中心為個案，以參與觀察及文件分析蒐集相關資料，針對其內部優勢、劣勢的考量因素，綜合外部的所給予機會與威脅的環境，藉以擬定之合適的措施。本文將以SWOT與五力分析理論來分析校園休閒運動中心所面臨的問題，外部環境的機會與威脅暨內部環境的優點與缺點，並探尋可能遭遇的困難，經資料收集和討論後得：本案若改以OT模式來參與校園休閒運動中心之經營應該是樂觀可行。歸結本研究結論並提出實務之參考。

The researcher chose a case School sport recreation center and collected the associated information by participate observation and document analysis. The topics of data collection included that the attitude of the School sport recreation center manager used SWOT and Porter five forces analysis. This essay will analyze the problems which School sport recreation center will face by the SWOT and Porter five forces analysis. The result of the study indicates that the private sector investment in public school will be promising by adopting the OT model. Providing some suggestions for School sport recreation center managers and researchers.
