本文的研究目的,旨在探討選手彈跳力停滯不前的原因,進而提出改善之道。透過蒐集文獻資料和平日對彈跳方面的研究心得,經探討分析歸納後,獲得如下的研究結果:過重的身體,下肢肌群力量不足和彈跳動作不正確,是導致無法發揮較佳彈跳力的原因。建議使用槓鈴等重量訓練器材和進行各種蹲屈彈跳動作,並在有規律的計畫訓練裡,強化下肢肌群的力量,將可改善選手的彈跳高度。

The study aims to explore the reason why the jumping ability of players has stagnated in order to put forward a method to improve it. Through the collected literature and the daily research in the related topics, we get the results as follows: the stagnation in jumping ability results from overweight, a lack of strength in the muscle power of legs, wrong jumping actions. We suggest using such weight-training equipment as barbells and doing a variety of squat jumps to improve the muscle power of legs to improve players' jumping ability.
