運動用品事業組織選才過程之研究

A Study of Recruitment and Selection Processes at Sporting Goods Organizations in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要的目的在於探討台灣運動用品事業組織的選才過程。本研究以自編之「選才過程調查表」為工具,對台灣地區446個運動用品事業組織進行研究。本研究共寄出問卷300份,回收有效問卷138份,回收率為46%。所得各項資料乃利用SPSS for Window統計套裝軟體進行分析。取得資料經過描述統計、因素分析及線性分析後,結果歸納如下:一、多數體育用品事業組織採用定期招募制度,且傾向於招募具有工作經驗的人才。聘用與否的決定多落在高層主管,而招募作業多由人事部門主導。年度人力需求計畫也能按照原定計劃執行,但並非每個組織都訂有完整的年度人力資源計畫,也不會定期評估整體招募計畫。對於有缺人時,多採內部招募。二、在選才方法之因素分析方面,發現各事業體之選才因素有:「品性」、「學識」、「保證」及「本質」等四個構面。三、在組織與選才過程的變項中,擬定年度人力資源計劃、擬定完整的招募計劃及採用不定期招募可以由組織的規模預測之。組織的規模愈大,其人力資源計劃執行愈周詳。

People are the main key to make things succeed. However, staffing problems in sport organizations seem to be overlooked because the sports industry is not the main business making Taiwan prosperous. The purpose of this study was to attempt to investigate the recruitment and selection processes employed by sport organizations so as to provide related information concerning human resource management for organizations and for people who attempt to apply for a job vacancy. Questionnaires with 26 items on recruitment and selection were mailed to 300 sporting goods organizations and final analyses were conducted on 138 respondents by SPSS statistical package. Factor analysis was conducted to analyze the selection process by which 4 empirical supported factors were extracted and titled: Personality, Knowledge, Guarantee and Nature. A descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to study the recruitment processes used by sport goods organizations. The results showed that most sporting goods organizations adopted regular recruitment processes instead of irregular recruitment processes and the more large the organization, the more comprehensive the human resource management program.
