PP/mPE/clay水交聯奈米複合材料之製備與性質研究

Preparation and Properties of PP/mPE/Clay Nanocomposites Using a Moisture Curing Technology

摘要


本研究中PP/Metallocene polyethylene/clay奈米複合材料(PP/mPE/clay)之製備,使用DCP(Dicumyl peroide)為起始劑,DBTL (Dibutyin Dilaurate)作為催化劑,VTEOS (Vinyl Triethoxy Silane)當交聯劑,在混煉機中先進行mPE接枝矽烷交聯劑,再和clay掺混,然後與PP進行掺混,最後熱壓成薄片,以70℃水浴進行水交聯。奈米複合材料掺入比例以mPE為100 phr,clay為2、5、9 phr,觀察添加不同clay比例時交聯和未交聯對材料的機械性質,熱性質和微觀構造的影響。

In this paper we present Polypropylene (PP)/metallocene lyethylene(mPE)/clay nanocomposites. Metallocene polyethylene was grafted with vinyl triethoxy silane first and then followed by the mixing of which with PP and clay. The clay incorporation was 2, 5, and 9 parts per hundred resins of mPE. The crosslinking reaction was conducted at 70℃ in the presence of water. The effect of curing on the mechanical properties and thermal properties was investigated.
