本研究主要為設計「自動化餐飲車」,自動化餐飲車主要由自走車的概念所衍生而來,以兩個AT89s8252晶片來整合與控制自動化餐飲車之運作,並以光敏電阻做為光感測器來辨識地面上的路線,在十字路口處則以程式來控制其運行方向,餐飲車前方以紅外線感測器來判斷障礙物。 自動化餐飲車以RS232之串列傳輸,配合按鍵輸入控制指令來構成點餐系統,此自動化餐飲車並有一組送餐機構,以步進馬達來驅動及控制餐盤轉動位置,再加上送餐推臂即可將指定的餐點送出,兩者結合便能夠在無人的情況下,正確有效率的將指定餐點送達目的地。
This study deals with design and the steps of development of an Automatic Buffet Cart (ABC). ABC is built upon an autonomous vehicle as an unmanned mobile catering vehicle to provide food and services. The ABC receives the necessary navigation information from various sensors such as CdS photoconductive cells or infrared sensors. At the current state of development, it can roll right up to the table such that the food can be ordered by punching numbers through a keypad on the cart deck. The overall control scheme is based on the programming of two AT89s8252 microprocessors, carrying out integration between navigation and food serving via serial port communication. The work contains an outline of the innovation concept for the ABC. The current stage of development and experimental design is presented.
