管路氣交換流之交互作用效應

The Stream-Interaction Effect in a Simplified Model of an Air-Exchange Junction

摘要


本研究以常見之T與Y兩型接頭和直管構成簡易氣交換接頭,先經由網格測試與藉文獻實驗數據檢驗數理模式,然復對T與Y兩型接頭相隔不同距離的案例進行計算,以顯明其間氣流之交互作用現象以及其對摩擦損耗係數之影響。結果顯示,當換氣率大於60%時交互作用現象較明顯。當氣交換接頭較短時位於上游之T型接頭之排氣摩擦損耗係數不受影響,位於下游之Y型接頭之送氣氣流摩擦損耗係數則會受影響,直行流過兩接頭之摩擦損耗係數不宜以直行流所通過此氣交換接頭之各構成單元之摩擦損耗係數總合來計算。

A numerical flow model is built based on a commercial package CFX to investigate the interaction effect between the streams in a simplified model of an air-exchange junction, which is usually employed as one of the essential elements to design a cost-effective modern long-road tunnel. The numerical flow model is validated with existing experimental data for the flows in Tee junctions before being employed to study the interaction effects. Results show that the effect is more obvious as the length of the junction is shorter and as the air-exchange rate is higher than 60%.
