工業級連接器阻抗分析建立與驗證

Industrial High-current Connector Resistance Analysis and Verification

摘要


隨著連接器產業的轉型,跨足到車用電子領域或工業用伺服器領域,連接器開始承受高電流負荷,而伴隨而來的溫升、電氣問題,也開始困擾著連接器廠的工程師。然而目前企業界、學界主要使用之CAE(Computer-aided engineering)軟件,並不支援阻抗分析模組,而本論文目的為建立軟件CAE之阻抗分析能力,以Abaqus軟件為例,本研究先選定軟件所提供之模組,再以理論推導比較之方式,求出理論公式在轉換後所呈現之關係,再將該關係運用於軟件該模組,藉此計算出阻抗,並將模擬分析結果與理論推導及實際測試結果比對,以確定該轉換模組之精確性。

However, the main use of the business community, academia CAE (Computer-aided engineering) software does not support the calculation of the resistance of the module analysis The purpose of this paper for the establishment of the impedance analysis capabilities of the software, CAE, Abaqus software, for example, the software module is first selected, then the theoretical derivation by way of comparison, find the relationship of the theory presented by the formula in the converted, and then the relations used in the modules of the software to calculate the impedance, and simulation analysis results with the theoretical and practical test to determine the accuracy of the conversion module.
