戰後臺灣造船公司的技術學習與養成

Taiwan Shipbuilding Corporation's Technology Learning and Cultivation after Post War Period

摘要


本研究將以臺灣造船公司作為考察對象,觀察戰後初期的人力填補和1950年代後的技術移轉。臺灣造船公司在日治時代為臺灣船渠株式會社,因此在戰後的發展歷程中,除接收日治時代的廠房設備和臺灣籍員工之外,主要的管理和技術人員絕大部分來自於中國大陸。除此之外,在1960年代後又大量吸收日本技術,使得公司業務從原本以修船為主轉為具備大型船舶的生產能力。在此脈絡下,或可體現出臺灣造船公司在發展的過程中,同時受到日本和中國大陸兩種制度的傳承和影響。最後,將針對戰後臺灣造船公司發展的歷程中,政府所扮演的角色和公營事業的限制進行討論。

This research focuses on Taiwan Shipbuilding Corporation, and the scarcity of human resource in the earlier post war period and the technology transfer after 50s. Taiwan Shipbuilding Corporation was named Taiwan Dockyard Company during Japanese colonization era. Hence, in the development after the post War Period, besides the factory buildings and Taiwanese employee in colonization era, the main management and technology staff came from China Mainland. Taiwan Shipbuilding Corporation absorbed it's technology from Japan after 60s. Which means its primary business went from repairing ships to building large ship. The company development was much affected by Japanese and Chinese institutions. Finally, the paper will discuss on the roles of government and the restriction on Public-Owned Enterprise.
