綠色供應鏈管理系統模型之建立與研究－以台灣紡織成衣產業爲例

摘要

由於近年來全球對綠色商品的需求與日俱增，商品採行綠色生產漸漸受到重視。歐盟最新通過的一些環保指令，就是在這個議題下所發酵出來的要求。為突破國際之間的環保貿易障礙，經濟部於2005年推動「寰淨計畫」，以建構完整的產業綠色供應鏈，希望落實綠色商品的生命週期管理，以提高台灣產品在國際上的競爭力。
本研究嘗試結合資訊產業的綠色產品管理系統與成衣生命週期，來建立可應用於紡織成衣業的綠色供應鏈管理系統的模型，目的為使業主了解如何執行綠色供應鏈管理(Green Supply Chain Management, GSCM)；另以紡織成衣產業為例，說明成衣現有的強項、有待競爭強化的工作。希望藉由本文提供紡織成衣產業，甚至擴及其他商品，於使用綠色供應鏈管理時的策略參考。

Since the green products worldwide demanded increasing day after day in recent years, green production adopted by manufacturers was paid much attention. Some environmental directives newly issued by European Union are under the construction of this agenda. In order to go through the environmental trade barriers, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan in 2005 impelled ”Green Project” to establish a sound green supply chain for a variety of industries. The motive of this paper is to carry out green products life cycle management and to enhance global competition for Taiwanese merchandises. This research introduces the conceptual model of green supply chain for clothes and processing units for the clothes life cycle. It will make the enterprisers find the right way to practice green supply chain management. However we shall take sustainable Taiwanese industries for example, the clothes industry can clearly illustrate its advantages and competition items needed to be reinforced. Based on the methodology in this article, it offers us a strategic consideration to make use of green supply chain. Also it can be stretched out from the clothes and be applied to other merchandises.
