This study evaluated the input-output relative efficiency of eleven international tourist hotels in the 2010 year by data envelopment analysis (DEA). The text discussed the efficiency differences among the international tourist hotels, and investigated establish the best path for performance improvements of the inefficiency hotels. The empirical results showed that, seven international tourist hotels were found to be efficiency of the overall operating efficiency as compared to the four ones; nine international tourist hotels were found to be pure technical efficiency as compared to the two ones. By analyzing the radial movements and slack movements, the inefficiency international tourist hotels should implement the number of guest rooms of input resource.
