本研究主要探討健康休閒中心會員之參與動機與使用滿意度,以中華大學健康休閒中心會員為對象,採用便利取樣方式共發出200份問卷,回收184份,回收率達92%。利用SPSS 12.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體,以描述統計說明。本研究結果發現如下:一、會員參與動機較傾向健康需求.;會員使用滿意度最高為服務態度滿意度。二、會員參與動機各構面得分依序為:(一)健康需求;(二)休閒娛樂需求;(三)運動體適能需求;(四)社交需求;(五)知性需求。三、會員使用滿意度各構面得分依序為:(一)服務態度;(二)便利性;(三)形象;(四)軟體設施;(五)硬體課程。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the customer satisfaction and participating motivation at health and fitness clubs in Chung Hua University. The method of survey on members was used the convenient sampling. 200 questionnaires were sent out, and 184 questionnaires were received. The percentage of valid survey was 92%. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The results were as the following: 1. Most of the members' motivations were the requirement of health. Most of the members' satisfactions were serving attitudes. 2. It was get points of the participating motivation on the members' health, recreation, fitness, social and repurchase intention. 3. It was get points of members' satisfaction of the service attitude, convenient, image, software facilities and hardware facilities.
