運動產業人力資源管理之策略性思維

Strategic Thinking of Human Resource Management in Sport Industry

摘要


國內運動產業正處於方興未艾、發展不穩定的時期,若無一套足以因應環境改變、整合組織資源,以發揮團體綜效的人力資源、管理策略,勢必無法有效促進運動產業的發展與提升。策略性人力資源管理所具有的彈性和適應力,其運用有益於人力資源、成為運動產業的策略性競爭優勢。因此,人力資源管理的策略性思維已成為有關單位應思考之課題與方向。本文以相關文獻為基礎,昌在提出國內運動產業在人力資源管理運用上應有之策略性思維,俾建立完善之人力計畫、完成組織目標並推動運動產業的蓬勃發展。經討論整合後,說明人力資源、管理的策略性思維確為運動產業所需之作為,有關業者可依此擬定策略。

Sport industry in Taiwan was in unstable period. If we didn't have human resource management strategies for adapting environment, combining resources, and performing cooperate results, the development of sport industry would not be good. Using strategic human resource management that has adaptation was benefit for strategic competition advantage of human resource management in sport industry. Human resource management by strategic thinking had become more consideration for related organizations. This paper was based on related references to point out human resource management by strategic thinking in sport industry to build human resource plans, organizational goals, and improve well development of sport industry. After discussing and integrating, researcher found that strategic thinking of human resource management in sport industry was necessary, dealers could make decisions based on this.
