老人休閒運動之探討

A Study of Elderly Leisure Exercise

摘要


台灣已正式進入高齡化社會,且老年人口不斷的在成長,因老化所伴隨而來的健康問題,無疑帶給社會、經濟、醫療及家庭上更大的成本,更值得大家必須去重視。老化是人生必經的自然現象,研究指出,長期持續的運動可以減少心臟疾病死亡的危險、增加平衡和代謝、降低糖尿病的危險、和改善憂鬱的症狀。老人休閒運動養生策略土的最佳之道,就是從運動養身的預防醫學角度著眼,積極追尋一個適當的休閒運動養生策略,而培養健康的生活習慣及從事規律、安全、有效而適當的休閒運動可謂是一種最有效的方法,不但能延緩及降低各種因老化所罹患的慢性疾病,更能延長壽命及獲得良好的生活品質。

Taiwan has been heading for aging society. With the continuing growth of elderly population and health problems caused by aging, it undoubtedly brings our society, economy, medication, and even the family a larger burden. The situation needs to be paid a attention to. Aging is a natural phenomenon of life. According to the study, Taking exercises can lead to reducing the risk of heart attack, intensifying balance and metabolism, reducing the risk of diabetes and improving melancholy. The best way of keeping the elderly healthy, according to the policy of prevention medications, is to take a suitable leisure exercise. If the elderly can keep a healthy living life and make leisure exercise regular, save and regular, they will postpone and reduce their aging and the risk of having various chronic diseases, postpone their life spans and improve their life qualities.
