運動教練訓練行為記錄格式(CBRF)評析

摘要


教練的訓練行為是影響訓練成效的重要因素之一,因此從事教練訓練行為的研究有其必要性,而系統觀察法的採用,則對瞭解教練訓練行為的樣貌和數量資訊,有其頗佳之成效。本文採文獻分析法,針對教練訓練行為記錄格式(Coaching Behavior Recording Form, CBRF)此項系統觀察工具進行考察,並評析其優缺點。經考察後發現,比工具經多年發展修訂,可客觀地蒐集教練訓練行為的描述性統計資料,對訓練行為可提供清楚的概略面貌,同時可比較不同變項間的行為差異。另經評析後發現,此工具屬於使用複雜程度較低、類目定義清楚、新手較易上手、適用於團隊運動項目教練行為之觀察、具備使用在教師及教練行為觀察之潛能、可比較不同時段及段落之教練行為等特點,然而為因應模組化訓練課程,其行為類目仍有修訂及擴增之空間,使用時亦需注意文化差異問題。

The coaching behavior is the important factor of effectiveness in athletic training. For the coaching effectiveness, it's necessary to study the coaching behavior. By using the systematic observation, it's productiveness to understand the picture and quantitative data of coaching behavior. The purposes of the study were to examine and evaluate the systematic observation instrument, Coaching Behavior Recording Form (CBRF). After the examination, the findings were as below. CBRF is a low-complexity, easy-using and clear definition of behavior category. It is a good instrument to observe coaching behavior and has three quality characters: to fit the observing of team sports, to be potential for the observing to teaching and coaching behavior, and to comparing to segments of coaching behavior. However, for the train- modeling, it should have the space for modifying and augmenting in behavior categories. And the user must consider the difference between cultures.
