摘要

本文旨在探討明鄭時期二層行溪流域漢人之移墾，二層行溪流域爲今之二仁溪，乃台灣南部重要河川一，亦爲全台漢人早期移墾之重鎮。本文之敘述，始於國姓爺東征，終於明鄭之滅亡。對於這個時期內，漢人移墾之背景，水利設施之概況，拓墾之分佈，藉由采風、口碑、系譜、神主牌等田野調查。証之文獻志書，探討明鄭時期二層行溪流域漢人之樣貌。

The main purpose of the article is to explore the Han-people's immigration and development of Ere-Chen-Hun River Region in the koxinga Era. Ere-chen-hun River in named Ere-Zen River nowadays, it even was not only a main river in the southern area of Taiwan, but also an important vegion of early immigration of the Han-people all over Taiwan.
According to the statement in this article, it begun in koxinga's attacked to the eastern and finished in the destruction of Koxinga Era. During this period, I wand to explore the Han-people”s appearance within Ere-Chen-Hun River during of Koxinga Era, I try to use many kinds of research, such as the field study of oral data, generation chart and the ancestor spirit tablet, also proved by many relative documents and so on. Then, we can dearly understand the background of the Han- people's immigration, the description of the watercourse equipments and the expansion of immigrative exploration.
