大學生壓力調適與休閒運動參與關連性分析－以嘉南藥理科技大學學生為例

摘要

近年由於台灣社會變遷迅速，以及社會競爭的增加，此使青少年應是參與休閒運動最頻繁的年紀，在即將邁入社會前，產生直接或間接的壓力，反映在憂慮、憂鬱、自殘、自殺事件有越來越多的趨勢，是否其壓力來源與休閒運動參與的多寡有關？是本文希望探究的目的，基此本研究探究休閒運動參與概念壓力來源的關連性，結果爲：有效問卷721份，經因素分析、pearson相關係數分析與單因子變異數分析(one-wayANOVA)統計方法，α＝0.05爲顯著考驗水準經進行資料分析後，發覺不同的大學生屬性與壓力來源有顯著性的差異。大學壓力來源指標可歸納爲五向度包括：環境生活適應力、物質與兩性交往判斷力、自我生活適應力、自我價值判斷力學習適應力等，大學生休閒運動參與因素與壓力指標有顯著性差異，代表大學生休閒運動參與與壓力是有密切的關連性，故呼籲政府有關單位重視大學生休閒運動的提倡，減少大學生之壓力，防止不幸事件之發生。

Recent years due to Taiwanese social change quick, and the increment of the social competition, in the teenager participate the recreation the exercise the most multifarious age produce direct or indirectly of pressure, reflect at worried, melancholy, the suicide affairs contain more and more trends. Whether does its pressure source have something to do with the recreation exercise participating of amount? It is the point that this research wants to investigate. This research investigation recreation exercise participates the pass of the concept pressure source even sex, result is: Valid 721s of questionnaire. after factor analyzing, the pearson related coefficient analytical and single factor variation number analyzing(the one-way ANOVA) ,α=0.5 for obviously testing level through carrying on the data analysis, we discover different university student's attribute and the pressure source contain obvious and sexual difference. University student the recreation exercise participates the factor and the pressure index sign contain obvious sex difference, representing the recreational exercise of university student to participate with the pressure is to have the close pass even sex, so appeal the government parties concerned values the university student recreation exercise of promote, reduce the university student's pressure, prevent unfortunate occurrence of the affairs from.
