台南市護理之家「照顧服務員」專業能力需求之研究

The Professional and Technical Needs of the Care Service Staff of Nursing Home in Tainan City

摘要


目的:在瞭解台南市護理之家「照顾服務員」封其專業能力訓練需求之研究。方法:收集資料對象以台南市現有轄區東區、南區、北區、安南區、安平區和中西區等六區12家護理之家照顾服務員做爲本研究之研究對象。研究工具乃探自擬式「護理之家之照顾服務員基礎能力訓練需求量表」及「護理之家之照顧服務員專業能力訓練需求量表」。探Likert五分量表之結構性問题测量。問卷信效度係因素分析及内在一致性檢測Cronhach's level達穩定測試標凖。資料分析以百分比、平均數、標凖差、相關性等統計方法。結果:基本資料中顯示女性占98.2%,本國籍占59.5%,外國籍占40.5%,已婚者占79.8%,年齡以41~50歲爲多,學曆以高中、職爲多占46.0%,具有照顧服務員結業證書者占67.5%,具有照顧服務員丙級證照只占24.9%,認爲國家應實施照顧專業技能检定者占73.6%,從事照〈證〉顧工作的年資以3年〈含〉以下爲多占43.6%,平均月薪則以27000~31000元爲多占28.2%。在基礎能力訓練需求顺序:溝通表達構面中以「能了解住民的需要」排序第一;問题的解决構面中以「能依據住民的需要提供協助」排序第一:物料管理構面中以「能維護證及保養機構内的設備」排序第一;而在環安管理構面上則以「能維護機構內人員的安全」排序第一。專業能力訓練需求順序:在知識構面上以「能了解照顧服務員的工作範圍」排序第一;在態度構面上以「能尊重他人隐私並保密」排序第一:而在技能構面上則以「能注意住民的安全」排序第一。結論:目前台南市護理之家照顧服務員對於其基礎能力及專業能力學習之需求均介於重要與非常重要之間的程度。而在背景變项中之相關分析結果顯示具有照顧服務員丙級證照人員與月薪没有顯著相關性。

Objective: The objective is to investigate the professional and technical needs of the care service staff of nursing home in Tainan city. Methods: The care service staff who is working in nursing home in Tainan city was chosen as research subjective and the research came out questionnaire investigation of the professional and technical needs. Statistical analysis is made on the data collected from questionnaire by using SPSS package software version 10.0. Results: The result has shown that care service staff mainly are women (98.2%), native (59.5%), married (79.8%), age between 41~50 years old, graduated from high school (46.0%), owned the certificate of care service staff (67.5%), owned the license of care service staff (24.9%), agreed that government should execute the skill test (73.6%), seniority under 3 years most (43.6%), salary between 27000~31000 most (28.2%). The most important basic ability needs are to understand resident's need, to provide the assistance based on the resident to maintain the equipment m good condition, and to keep personnel's safety in nursing home. The most important professional and technical needs are to understand its job, to respect other people's privacy and keep secret and to pay more attention to resident's safety. Conclusion: The professional and technical needs of the care service staff of nursing home in Tainan city are both ranked important. Comparing to the difference of license of care service staff, seniority, nationality, degree, and whether agree the government should execute the skill test between these variables is significantly difference but age and salary. It is hoped that the outcome of this research will serve as reference for further educational training program for the care service staff and enhance the care quality.
