摘要
我國國內西書代理商近日抗議圖書資料單位逕行向國外採購書刊嚴重影響其經營利益，本文擬從法律觀點評析個案事實，並提出一套解決方案，裨供圖書始同道及出版事業界參考。

The domestic importing representative agencies of foreign publications protest that the direct purchase of foreign publications affects greatly the benefits of their business. Thus, this paper attempts to evaluate the practical case from the legal aspects and provides a set of solving options, for the reference of librarianship and publishers.
