網球選手熱環境運動之策略

Playing Tennis in the Heat

摘要


網球是室外的運動,往往選手在比賽中最強勁的對手,並不是球場對面的選手,而是高溫的環境。比賽前最重要的課題就是「熱適應」,平時的體能訓練是加速選手熱適應的好方法。比賽前、比賽中與比賽後,也要有良好的補充水分與電解質策略,以免導致高溫下所發生的危險,進而影響選手的成績表現。本文希望藉由熱環境的生理適應與水分及電解質補充策略,提供正確的資訊,讓網球選手能在高溫的球場上,將球技完全展現出來,不會發生高溫所造成的危險,安全的在球場上,對抗高溫所造成的影響與挑戰。

The toughest opponent that tennis players often face cannot be seen across the net. Yet, its presence is constantly felt from anywhere on the court. A hot environment can be a dangerous and unrelenting enemy, especially to those who are unprepared. In order to manage all prematch, during-play and postmatch dietary aspects well. To obtain optimal effectiveness, all strategies for managing fluid and electrolyte losses should be based on player-specific requirements and considerations, and any new routine should be practiced prior to an important match or tournament.
