本研究旨在探討大台北地區國小教師休閒參與與身心健康之現況,並探討不同背景變項在休閒參與與身心健康上之差異情形,以及休閒參與與身心健康間之相關性。本研究係以「個人基本資料」、「休閒參與量表」以及「健康狀況量表」爲研究工具,以便利抽樣方法進行問卷調查,共發出455份問卷,有效樣本329份,採描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。經討論分析後結論爲:一、大台北地區國小教師較常從事休憩型、娛樂型及知識型的休閒活動;二、不同婚姻狀況之國小教師在休閒參與無顯著差異;而不同性別、年齡、教育程度及自覺健康狀況之國小教師,則有顯著差異;三、大台北地區國小教師之身心健康各層面感受程度,以身體不適得分最高,憂鬱反應最低;四、不同婚姻狀況之國小教師在身心健康無顯著差異;而不同性別、年齡及教育程度之國小教師,則有顯著差異;五、大台北地區國小教師休閒參與及身心健康整體表現及部分層面上達顯著相關,在「知識型」參與程度愈高時,其身心健康愈差,而「運動型」、「家庭活動型」、「社交服務型」、「休憩型」及「休閒參與整體」參與程度愈高時,其身心健康愈佳。
The aim of work was to investigate the status and relationship teacher's leisure participation and health condition of elementary school teachers in greater Taipei Area. A questionnaire including personal basic data, leisure participation chart, and health condition chart was used for evaluation instrument. A Total of 455 questionnaires were sent and 329 valid samples were selected through stratified random sampling. This results show that: (1) The leisure participaton of elementary school teachers in greater Taipei area have found frequently taking part in recreational, entertaining and knowledge-based leisure activities; (2) Beside marital status, different gender, age, education backgrounds and self-perceived physical health status have found significant difference in leisure participation; (3) Teachers have a strong feelings in illness and anxiety reacyion; (4) Beside marital status, different gender, age, education backgrounds in health condition have found significant difference; (5) The correlation between teacher's leisure participation and health condition is significant and Knowledge-Based have a significant positive correlations; Health condition, sports, family activities, social services, recreational, and leisure participation have negative correlations. Therefore, teacher can improve health condition by participating leisure activities.
