中小企業提升創新能力關鍵影響因素及對產業高值化影響之研究：以資訊服務業為例

摘要

經濟部中小企業處(2005)指出中小企業應以「創新」來延伸其競爭實力。因此，本研究主要目的探討中小企業提升創新能力之關鍵影響因素及其對產業高值化攸關性之研究。研究中首先透過文獻的收集，並藉由紮根理論彙整出影響企業提升創新能力之關鍵影響因素，實證端則針對資訊服務業發放問卷，透過區別分析試圖了解提升創新能力之關鍵影響因素與產業高值化之攸關性。本研究結果發現在資訊服務業中，軟體的開發速度及服務快速、高階的技術與研發人力為提升該產業高值化之重要關鍵創新因素。

White Paper of SMEs (2005) points out those small and medium-sized enterprises should continue on industry's advantage accumulated in the past and extended the competition strength with ”innovation” business activities. This research explores the collection and arrangement of literature first, by adopting the (Grounded Theory), and find out the key factor that influences enterprises to promote innovation ability. Further, we focus on information service industry and employ Discriminate Analysis to outline the relevance between critical factor of innovation activities and the improvement of industry's high value.
