全球化數位競爭時代來臨,企業經驗傳承、知識移轉與創新成為爭雄世界的重要工具。對於新進員工,企業必須要花很多時問及教育經費,來改變他們的態度、觀念以符合企業文化和工作的實務技能,員工也必須透過快速學習,才不會造成企業的成長停滯。因此,本研究論在探討企業專題導向線上合作學習環境對企業員工經驗傳承、知識移轉的影響。研究者建構一個專題導向且具有同步、非同步溝通工具的網路學習平台,以一家頗具規模且願意配合研究的流通服務業總公司業務部及台灣各地分公司業務課共60位員工為樣本,以公司所提供的企業員工專業訓練課程「專案管理」為測試教材,實際測試所開發出來的網路學習平台。主要是以實地研究法進行,透過現場觀察及深度訪談方式蒐集資料,探討企業專題導向線上合作學習環境對企業員工經驗傳承、知識移轉的影響。研究結果發現:在使用本研究開發出來的專題導向且具有同步、非同步溝通工具的網路學習平台,企業經驗確實獲得傳承,知識成功移轉;且現場觀察及晤談資料都顯示,企業專題導向線上合作學習環境對企業員工經驗傳承、知識移轉確實有正面的影響。本研究發現可供未來在建構企業網路學習環境方面之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the influences of enterprise employees' experience and knowledge transfer in the network-based cooperative learning environment with topic oriented. The researcher built the network-based cooperative learning environment with topic oriented' asynchronous & synchronous communicate tools. Using a circulation service company employees (total 60 employees) as samples. The data pool was mainly collected by qualitative approaches, and some quantitative data were used as supplements. The results showed that this network-based cooperative learning environment with topic oriented indeed can improve their experience and knowledge transfer significantly. The findings and methods of this study could provide references and suggestions for future study, especially on enterprise employees learning programs.
