偏鄉小學推廣珍惜全民健保與正確用藥教育成效分析

Effectiveness of Education in Teaching Elementary Students About the Correct Use of Medication and Taiwan's National Health Insurance

摘要


目的:本研究旨在分析偏鄉小學學生對於珍惜全民健保課程活動之介入成效。研究對象與方法:研究對象為雲林縣兩所偏鄉國小學生共計107人,實驗學校五年級學生接受三堂健保課程介入,並規劃整體珍惜健保資源的學習環境。研究問卷改編自董貞吟教授等編制「全民健保教育問卷」及紀雪雲教授「校園正確用藥教育五大核心能力知識與經驗調查」,探討學生健保知識、行為與正確用藥成效。結果:介入後實驗組學生不論健保、正確用藥知能,後測均較前測有顯著進步的成效,對照組則無此差異。結論:根據研究結果提出後續建議,冀能作為日後學校端擬定教學內容方向,政府端研擬計畫策略參考。

Aims: Investigate the effectiveness of lectures in teaching rural elementary school students to value Taiwan’s National Health Insurance(NHI) program and to use medication correctly. Objectives and methods: A total of 107 fifth-grade elementary school students from two rural areas in Yunlin County were included. For the experimental group, an intervention involving three lectures was given regarding valuing and conserving Taiwan's NHI program as well as the correct use of medication. The "National Health Insurance Education Questionnaire" by Professor Chen-Yin Tung and "Survey of Knowledge and Experience on Five Core Competencies for the Proper Use of Medication in Schools" by Professor Shang-Yun Jii were used to evaluate students' knowledge about Taiwan's NHI, proper resource conservation behaviors, and correct drug use. Results: After the intervention, the students in the experimental group demonstrated significant improvement in their knowledge of the NHI, resource conservation, and the proper use of medication, but no differences were observed for the students in the control group. Conclusions: Results may provide a model for future curriculum design in schools and help form government advocacy strategies.
