中文版Connor-Davidson 復原力量表之信效度分析

本研究以116位20～60歲之草屯療養院日間病房及附設社區復健中心的慢性精神病患者為研究對象，對「中文版Connor-Davidson復原力量表」進行信效度分析。研究結果在信度方面，Cronbach's α值為.953，顯示量表具備良好的內部一致性。本研究針對47位受試者兩週後再次施測，皮爾森相關係數為.798（p＜.01），顯示量表具有良好的再測信度。在效度方面，研究發現「中文版Connor-Davidson復原力量表」與「中文版簡式疾病接受度量表」的皮爾森相關係數為.427（p＜.01）；與「臺灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷」四大範疇的皮爾森相關係數分別為.406、.462、.332、.394（p＜.01）；與「社會支持量表」的皮爾森相關係數為.336（p＜.01），皆有顯著的正相關，顯示量表具有良好之效標關聯效度。由以上研究結果可得知，「中文版Connor-Davidson復原力量表」應用於精神障礙者之評估具有良好的信效度。

This research is aimed to analyze the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the CD-RISC by means of studying 116 patients, aging from 20 to 60, with chronic mental illness from Tsaotun psychiatric center. The Cronbach's α was found to be .953, showing the Chinese version of the CD-RISC has good internal consistency. 47 subjects filled out the scale again after two weeks, and Pearson correlation coefficient was .798 （p＜.01）, showing good test-retest reliability. The Chinese Version of Acceptance of Disability Scale-Revised, WHOQOL-BREF Taiwan Version and Social Support Scale were selected as the criterion, to analyze the degree of criterion-related validity. Compared with Chinese Version of Acceptance of Disability Scale-Revised, the Chinese version of the CD-RISC showed a significant positive correlation （Pearson r= .427, p ＜.01）. Four domains of the WHOQOL-BREF Taiwan Version were also positively correlated with the Chinese version of the CD-RISC （Pearson r= .406, .462, .332, .394, p ＜.01）. Lastly, the Social Support Scale was similarly positively correlated with the Chinese version of the CD-RISC （Pearson r= .336, p＜.01）. The above findings indicate that the Chinese version of the CD-RISC has good criterion-related validity.
