台南職業訓練中心電腦編輯排版印刷職類SWOT分析與課程發展之研究

摘要

隨著科技的發展和社會的變遷，產業結構不斷地變遷轉型，印刷科技也不斷的更新變動，不外乎是想創造一個高品質、高競爭力、高利潤的商業契機。因此，本研究主要藉由「文獻分析法」與「焦點團體座談」之研究方法，據以建構分析台南職業訓練中心電腦編輯排版印刷訓練課程之SWOT分析、核心職能、課程內涵、訓練期程、評鑑指標以及結訓學員可從事之行業與發展方向，最後，並彙整研究成果並予以建議，作為台南職訓中心發展電腦編輯排版印刷職類課程之參考。

With the technical development and society's vicissitude, industrial structure is facing the phase of transformation, as well as printing technology unceasing renewal change. Nothing more than is wants to create a high quality, a high competitive ability, and a high profit commercial turning point. Therefore, for acquiring objective factual data, literature analysis and panel discussions with focus groups were adopted as methodologies in this project. According to the collective data, there are some suggestions about the SWOT analysis and curricula development, including core competency, curricula training content, evaluation indicator and job approach of computer editing, design and publishing program in Tainan Vocational Training Center(TNVTC), which were proposed as references for TNVTC.
