奈米塗佈紙張的表面性質分析研究

A Study of Printability on Nano-Coating Paper

摘要


奈米科技為我國產業發展的重要方向之一,政府自2003年開始推動「奈米國家型科技計畫」,今年已邁入第6年。透過奈米國家型科技計畫的推動,可有效整合科技研發上、中、下游的資源,將造紙、油墨、印刷相關領域的技術研發單位與民間企業組織起來,帶動產業的技術創新,提升台灣在全球市場的競爭力。本研究除了探討塗佈紙張的各種性質,也探討奈米碳酸鈣及奈米二氧化鈦粉體材料特性和應用。透過實驗的方式,針對不同奈米塗料比例之塗佈紙張作相關適性研究,包括平滑度、白度、光澤度、不透明性及吸墨性五項適性研究。研究結果顯示,添加奈米碳酸鈣2%和奈米二氧化鈦2%,即有高平滑度、高光澤度、高白度;添加奈米碳酸鈣30%和奈米二氧化鈦15%,即有高不透明度和高吸墨性。本研究將這五項適性研究的數值,提供相關產業未來發展不同性質奈米紙張的參考依據。

National Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Program was promoted over six years since 2003. It's one of the important directions of our country's industry development. The program aims to consolidate effectively industrial resource, including papermaking, printing ink and printing technology research teams. It is hoped through this program there will be substantial economic growth and acceleration of nanotechnology developments that improve Taiwan competitive ability in global market. This study probes into the surface pacity of various nano coating paper on nano CaCO3 and nano TiO2. We make five items of printing characteristics including smooth degree, white degree, glossiness, transparency, and blotter. The result of study shows (1) nano CaCO3 2% and nano TiO2 2%: there is high level of smooth degree, white degree, and glossiness; (2) nano CaCO3 30% and nano TiO2 15%: there is high transparency and blotter. The data of research offers the reference basis of the innovative products as developing all kinds of nano.
