本研究為瞭解不同表面張力的被印材質,對UV噴墨印刷品質的影響,試以塗佈Primer架橋劑的處理方式,分表面張力「已處理」和「未處理」兩組進行實驗,並依據ISO13660檢測色塊斑駁(Mottle)、色塊顆粒(Graininess)、線條邊緣模糊(Blurriness)、線條邊緣粗糙(Raggedness)、線條寬度(Line width)五項品質檢驗。研究顯示被印材質表面張力的高低不同,對UV噴墨印刷品質在「線條寬度」和「色塊粒狀度」兩項品質有影響。因此建議在做UV噴墨前必須先檢測被印材質表面達因數值,再依適當方式處理表面張力,以提升UV噴墨印刷品質。
This research is to understand UV printing quality's influence toward surface tension of different media. With the use of primer, experiments of media's surface tension are conducted within two group of materials: treated and untreated, complying with five quality inspection of ISO 13660, mottle, graininess, blurriness, raggedness, and line width. Due to media's difference of surface tension affecting line width and graininess of UV printing quality, media are suggested to measure their Dyne value before UV printing and apply according for each surface to ensure UV printing quality.
