摘要

本研究主要探討閱聽人使用數位閱讀時的沉浸經驗，並了解情境因素與沉浸經驗之間的關聯性。研究採用問卷調查法進行，對象為半年內具備數位閱讀經驗者，調查其數位閱讀時的心理歷程與使用電子閱讀載具的情境滿意度。問卷中的沉浸經驗量表，同時也針對紙本閱讀的閱聽人進行調查，做為數位閱讀沉浸經驗之比較。研究結果顯示，在以下的族群特徵中，閱聽人具有較高的沉浸經驗：1.年齡介於31-40歲者；2.教育程度越高者；3.平均閱讀時數超過兩小時者；4.閱讀頻率每週一次者；5.使用電子閱讀器者。閱聽人在紙本閱讀與數位閱讀沉浸經驗差異部分，紙本閱讀者沉浸經驗高於數位閱讀者。兩者在不同的閱讀階段其沉浸表現也有所差異，紙本閱讀者的沉浸經驗在「效果階段」最高，數位閱讀者則是在「事前階段」最高。研究結果也發現，情境因素滿意度越高的閱聽人，擁有較高的沉浸經驗，兩者呈現正相關。高沉浸族群使用電子閱讀載具進行閱讀的過程中，對於「介面操作容易度」、「閱讀的流暢度」滿意度最高。研究結果提供出版與電子閱讀載具等相關業者做為未來發展上的參考。

This study was aimed to analyze the situational factors and flow experience on digital reading. The subject is people who have digital reading experience over the past half-year. Questionnaire surveys were adopted to evaluate the psychological process of reading and the usage situations of electronic devices. In order to compare different reading experience, the questionnaire is also designed for the readers who prefer printed publication. A total of 300 valid questionnaires were collected. Based on the research results, audience with following tendency: (1) ages between 31 to 40 years old; (2) higher educational attainment; (3) Spend more than two hours on reading; (4) Once a week on reading frequency; (5) the e-reader user have higher flow experience. In addition, audience who read printed publication perceive higher flow experience than those who adopt digital reading device especially in the ”effects stage”. The result of this study also shows that there is a positive correlation between situation factors and flow experience. The readers who are fully immersed get high satisfaction with situation factors such as ”easy-to-use interface” and ”reading fluency” during the digital reading process.
