職業訓練學員對數位圖文傳播專業技術課程學習滿意度之研究

A Study on the Learning Satisfaction of Vocational Trainees in the Technical Courses of Digital Graphic Communication

摘要

國際印刷科技與圖像傳播工作環境迅速變遷，造成產業人力斷層，加上文創產業興起，圖文傳播職能工作需求倍增，為增強就業率及產業動能，辦理職業訓練以協助失業者提升就業技能，立即投入產業工作。本研究旨在探討公立職業訓練機構辦理數位圖文傳播職類職前訓練課程，瞭解參訓後學員對各專業技術課程學習滿意度的差異，可提供未來課程規劃之參考。研究結果顯示：職訓學員在性別、最高學歷、畢業科系等不同身份別的滿意度統計，未有顯著差異，顯示職訓課程的規劃均適用於一般學員，能提供給更廣大的民眾學習。專業技術課程五項構面中，印前組版構面的滿意度最高，依序為繪圖設計、包裝設計、印刷科技及影像處理；各項構面術科滿意度均高於學科，顯示在技能操作面學習成效佳。在包裝設計及印前組版的滿意度上，年齡較長者高於較年輕者，亦相對應於其對課程的投入程度；整體來說，訓練時數較長之構面或單元課程，滿意度高於其他課程，且五項構面均有達到顯著相關。

The working environment of international printing technology and graphic communication is changing rapidly, which leads to industrial manpower shortages. This coupled with the fact that cultural and creative industries has growth, the job demand for the function of graphic communication has multiplied. To raise the employment rate and industrial dynamics, vocational training teaches unemployed workers to improve their employment skills, in order to sets in a labor market immediately. The purpose of this study discusses the pre-job training courses in the digital graphic communication, which were conducted at public vocational training institutions. Understanding student's levels of satisfaction between each professional and technical course after the participation, which provides a reference for course planning in the future.These finding are similar regardless of gender, education level, and academic major, which states that there were no significant different levels of satisfaction among students with different identities and backgrounds. Therefore, at vocational training institutes, every course is planned to all students, as well as provide opportunities to learn and expand employment skills to public.The results show that among the five components of professional and technical courses. The courses of prepress with the highest satisfaction, and then the course of drawing design, packaging design, printing technology and image processing. All of skill subjects have higher satisfaction than academic subjects. The older people, who enrolls in course of packaging design and prepress have higher levels of satisfaction than the younger people. In Sum, the courses with longer training hours tend to have higher satisfaction than other courses.
