教學反應(RTI)-學習障礙鑑定的新趨勢

摘要


美國2004年通過IDEA修正案,其中對於學習障礙學生的鑑定模式有重大的變革,由過去主要採用的「智力與學業成就差距」鑑定模式,改而允許教學反應(Response to Intervention,簡稱RTI)作爲鑑定學習障礙學生的依據。本文敘述智力與學業成就差距模式的問題,並介紹教學反應的內涵與問題,最後提出教學反應對於我國特殊教育與普通教育的啟示。
