職業婦女孕期不適症狀、壓力、社會支持與孕期適應之相關性研究:職業婦女之孕期健康促進

Relationships between Prenatal Symptoms, Stress, Social Support, and Maternal Adaptation among Career Women: Health Promotion of Pregnant Career Women

摘要


本研究目的為探討職業婦女孕期不適症狀、壓力、社會支持與孕期適應之相關性。採橫斷性研究設計、方便取樣,於南部某醫學中心及兩所地區教學醫院產前門診,以結構性問卷收集懷孕期的職業婦女共217名,研究工具包括「人口學及孕期不適症狀評估表」、「孕期壓力量表」、「孕婦社會支持量表」及「孕期適應自我評量表」。資料以SPSS 12.0版統計軟體進行資料分析,主要的研究結果:(1)孕期壓力與孕期適應總量表及其分量表均為顯著正相關;社會支持與孕期適應總量表及「接受懷孕」、「與母親關係」、「與配偶關係」等分量表為負相關;(2)孕期壓力、社會支持、計畫懷孕及胎兒性別符合期望為孕期適應之重要預測因子,可解釋總變異量為36.5%。期望本研究結果,能提供孕期專業照護人員於產前衛教設計及擬定相關健康策略之參考,以落實職業婦女之孕期健康促進。

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the symptoms of pregnancy, stress, social support and maternal adaptation for the career women. A cross-sectional research design was used. Two hundreds and seventeen subjects were recruited from three hospitals in southern Taiwan. The measurement tools include the assessment of symptoms of pregnancy, the Pregnancy Stress Rating Scale, the Maternity Social Support Scale and the Prenatal Self-Evaluation Questionnaire (PSEQ). SPSS for Window 12.0 version was conducted to analyze data. The major results of this study showed that (1) There was a significantly positive relationship among prenatal stress, the PSEQ, and all the subscales; social support negatively correlated with the PSEQ, ”acceptance of pregnancy,” ”relationship with own mother,” and ”relationship with husband.” (2) Prenatal stress, social support, planned pregnancy and baby's gender fit expectation were the four predictors of maternal adaptation, accounting for 36.5% of the variance. The results of this research could be as a reference for the health professionals to provide appropriate prenatal health education and health strategies, as well as fulfill health promotion for pregnant career women.
