With growth in elderly population, the health for elderly is an important issue. Decreases in the muscle strength, balance ability, flexibility and response were found with aging. For safety and stability in daily activities, Elderly people would reduce the muscle strength and decrease the range of motion of joint. Exercise training including balance training, resistance exercise training, flexibility exercise training, and aerobic training could increase the abilities of balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. After exercise training, the elderly could active more efficient in daily livings to reduce the risk of falls.
