參賽選手涉入程度與參與動機、滿意度與賽會支持之調節效果

The Moderating Effects of the Player's Involvement on Participation Motivation, Satisfaction, and Event Support

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討運動參賽選手的涉入程度作為參賽動機、滿意度與賽會支持的調節關係。針對2010年全國中等學校運動會參賽選手發出1200份問卷,回收有效問卷有656份,有效回收率54.67%。其中200份問卷作為預試樣本,並驗證量表是否具有良好之效度與信度;456份問卷作為驗證樣本,以結構方程模式檢視涉入程度在參賽動機、滿意度、賽會支持之間的調節效果。統計方法包括:建構效度之驗證性因素分析,以結構方程模式分析構面之路徑關聯性;為了比較分組的結果,先採用集群分析進行分群,再採聯合t檢定進行差異分析。統計分析發現,參賽動機與滿意度對賽會支持有顯著正向影響。參賽選手對賽會的涉入程度顯著對參賽動機、滿意度與賽會支持有正向的調節影響。最後,本研究針對研究模式及後續研究提出若干建議,並作為往後舉辦運動賽會之參考。

This study examines the moderating effects of involvement on levels of participation motivation, satisfaction, and event support. In total, 1200 questionnaires were distributed among competitors in the 2010 National High School Athletic Competitions in Taiwan. Only 656 completed questionnaires were returned, therefore, the response rate is 54.67 %. To evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of the research scales, 200 copies were trial tested; 456 questionnaires were used to validate samples of structural equation modeling analysis to probe the involvement moderation of participation motivation, satisfaction, and event support. This study used confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis to analyze the path dimensional relevance. To compare the subgroups, this study used cluster analysis to discriminate and calculate t-statistics, evaluating differences in path coefficients across the models. Statistical analysis demonstrates that participation motivation and satisfaction can significantly influence competitors' event support. Furthermore, the results show involvement has a positive moderating effect on participation motivation, satisfaction, and event support. Finally, this paper discusses the study limitations and suggests further research as a reference in the development of sport management strategies.
