摘要

上顎後牙區植牙經常面臨顎骨高度不足的挑戰。為達到理想的植體長度，上顎竇增高術幾乎是不可避免的術式。如何以較小的手術範圍、較短的手術時間及較少的材料花費達到穩定的結果同時減少的術後腫脹，是醫師與患者所共同期望的。自齒（山脊）處操作上顎竇增高術能滿足上述需求。本文就此術式方法上的發展、需考量的因素、因應不同解剖形態及骨質臨床操作時的調整、術後的變化及日後的成功率做一文獻回顧與探討。

Implants over maxillary posterior area are mostly challenged by insufficient bone height or bone volume. Sinus lift procedure is usully applied as a typical approach to tackle this difficult clinical situation. It is of interest for patients or dentists to explore a proper ways to restrain the size of the surgical field, shorten theoperation time, minimize the post-operative swelling, save the regeneration related materials, and reach the desirable results at the same time. The crestal sinus elevation technique satisfys above requirements. Present article covers the development of this technique, the factors suppose to be consided. the morphological variations of the maxillary sinus and the bone quality of the alveolar ridge, the progress of surgical wound healing, as wll as the long-term success rates of this technique.
