摘要

雙磷酸鹽類(bisphosphonate)在臨床上的適應症主要為治療骨質疏鬆症與前列腺癌、肺癌等惡性腫瘤骨轉移。使用雙磷酸鹽類藥物後所產生的副作用通常是暫時性且輕微。2003年起有文獻報告提出服用雙磷酸鹽類藥物治療的病患併發顎骨壞死(osteonecrosis of the jaw, ONJ)病例。我們將提出一個服用雙磷酸鹽類而併發下顎骨壞死的病例，治療方式使用大範圍清創(debridement)、腐骨切除(sequestrectomy)術後合併抗生素治療，術後一年傷口癒合良好，追蹤迄今未有再發生骨壞死徵象。

Bisphosphonate are widely used in the management of metastatic disease to the bone and in the treatment of osteoporosis. The side effect due to use bisphosphonate are impermanent and mild. Since 2003, using various bisphosphonates has been associated with the development of osteonecrosis of the jaws (ONJ). We report 1 case of ONJ attributed to bisphosphonate administration. The treatment for ONJ included debridement, sequestrectomy and antibiotics. The wound healing well and no recurrent.
