摘要

顏面骨及顎骨之骨折，是除了牙齒斷裂及位移外，顏面部外傷病人最常至牙科尋求治療或是急診外科醫師尋求牙科醫師照會之原因。在沒有口腔外科醫師支援的狀況下，大部分顏面部外傷病人之處理往往使一般牙科醫師感覺到相當棘手。本文將簡單整理顏面骨及顎骨骨折病人的處理原則及方法，並提出兩個案例，說明在緊急時刻，若無口腔外科醫師支援的狀況下，一般牙科醫師應如何處理顏面骨及顎骨骨折的病人，以期幫助病人恢復正常咬合功能。

In addition to tooth fracture and luxation, fractures of facial bones and jaw bones are the most common situation that facial trauma patients ask for help in dental clinics, or emergency sugerons ask for dental consultation in hospitals. In most cases, it is not easy for general dentists to provide appropriate treatments for these kinds of patients without oral surgeons in dental clinics and hospitals. This article summarized the principles and methods of treatments to patients with fractures of facial bones and jaw bones. Besides, there were two case-reports presented to show how general dentists provided treatments to patients with fractures of facial bones and jaw bones to restore the occlusion without the assistance of OS specialists.
