德國提升幼稚園教師音樂專業知能計畫之探討

A Study on German Training Programs to Improve Music Competence of Kindergarten Teachers

摘要


本研究之主要目的在探討德國提升幼稚園教師音樂專業知能之計畫。音樂是每個人與生俱來的能力,且是人類高層次智慧之關鍵基礎,而這能力之主要發展階段就在學齡前,這事實大大增加了幼稚園中藉早期音樂教育促發兒童發展之職責。然學前教師是否具備足夠知能勝任此職,以及如何提升職場教師之音樂專業知能,即成重要之研究焦點。對此,德國近十年來所做的提升職場教師音樂專業知能之研究計畫可以爲重要的參考。本文首先探討台灣與德國幼稚園音樂活動實施之現況,再舉出德國提升幼教師音樂知能之各項計畫方案:其目的、內容、方法、評估與結果等。最後彙整其成功的關鍵,並省思台灣相關問題的解決方向。研究發現,德國所做的長期的、與實務結合的、融入課程與生活的音樂進修與輔導計畫,確實能有效提升幼稚園教師音樂知能,值得臺灣做爲借鏡。

This study aims at researching training programs that is implemented in Germany to improve professional musical competence of kindergarten teachers. It is well-documented that everybody is innately musical and that music is also the critical foundation of high-level human intelligence. Children develop this early capacity mainly at the preschool stage. This fact heightens the essential importance of music making in kindergarten. Therefore, whether the teachers are qualified enough for the duty, and how to raise their musical competence become the focus of our discussions. This paper studies firstly the current status of the training projects for preschool children both in Taiwan and Germany. Then, the researcher illustrates the main factors of projects that have been implemented to raise music teachers’ professional competence in Germany since ten years: its goals, contents, approaches, curricula, evaluations, results, etc. The researcher also sums up the key criteria to its success and reflects upon the direction for solving Taiwan's similar problems.
