The purpose of the study is to design the electronic storybooks with multicultural education by using the Computer-Based multimedia. In order to make the electronic storybooks to be more content knowledge, this study set up the content validity by expert validation. At the same time, to make young children like it, the researcher observes and analyzes the reaction after the young children read in the kindergarten. It corrects again according to the result of the above two kinds stage, and completes 'Formosa Island'. The content of 'Formosa Island' has four sections: 'the section of Taiwan', 'the section of Vietnamese', 'the section of Indonesian', and 'the section of Thailand' .It shows the cultural content of ethnicity's history, festival, food, and folk custom game, and it complements enriching the situation with the elements such as characters, language, nation flag, nation flower, clothing, architecture, and music, etc. According to the reaction after young children read, 'Formosa Island 'helps the children develop the voluntarily of recognizing the different for culture, the attitude of accepting and appreciating for culture, and the penetrative and cooperative competence.
