Discussion Enterprises that Have Successfully Carried Out TPM through Case Study

摘要


本研究透過案例探討產業實施TPM(Total Productive Maintenance,全面生產保養)的關鍵成功因素,經由已經實施TPM之實際成功案例企業做討論,以PQCSM為指標檢視企業TPM實施成果,進一步瞭解產業推行全面生產保養(TPM)的活動績效,避免產業在導入TPM後不會造成所投入資源的浪費,實為本研究之主要目的。在TPM績效衡量指標上,本研究綜合各學者認同的衡量基準,再考量績效資訊取得之客觀性,以及業者於實務上所使用的TPM績效衡量指標,因而採用公司整體經營績效及P(生產)、Q(品質)、C(成本)、S(安全)、M(士氣)等五個項目,做為實施績效改善程度之衡量指標,經由本研究證明PQCSM為檢視TPM實施的有效工具,並得知TPM能夠有效建構企業能力、提昇企業競爭力。

This research aims to find out whether Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) was carried out by enterprises, to inspect the enterprises' current performance. Through the findings, we hope to provide reference for enterprise owners when they carry out TPM, so as to reduce the cost for fumble. This research did further studies through the method of case study, carry out performance evaluation on TPM activities with the evaluation indexes of Productivity (P), Quality (Q), Cost (C), Safety (S) and Morale (M), enhance enterprises' competitiveness advantages, and carry out analysis on practice.
