宅向與餐廳對價關係之初探—以花蓮縣餐廳為例

摘要


傳統中國人對於未知的世界:例如鬼神、風水等總有一種莫名的恐懼,多以一種「寧可信其有、不可信其無」的消極觀念來面對,進而對於相信以科學數據為主的現代人產生了迷信或欺騙的懷疑。但真是欺騙嗎?何以老祖宗會有教導我們開餐館要拜土地公、看灶位說法與做法出現?宅向之吉凶、灶位與餐廳或各行業的開幕到處充滿著對價關係的存在,在我們的日常生活中,這是合理的嗎?有無好處?筆者現以觀察了解餐廳內部真實現象與實際去操作「風水」為限來論述餐廳與宅向二者的關連,除希望破除大家對風水的迷障外,也希望能對未知的世界保持一種尊重的思考角度去面對,進而希望不要再將「風水」、「地理」當作是一種不科學且迷信之物。

Traditional Chinese for an unknown world: like ghosts, Feng Shui, there is always a sense of fear, more and more often a ”prefer to believe them, not the letter of its” negative belief to face, in turn believe that scientific data has a modern superstition or deception that suspicion. But is it cheating? Why our ancestors guide we open restaurants thanks to public land, see stove and practices? Good or ill luck of the House and its relationship with in our daily lives, it is reasonable to do? There are no benefits? Author to observe understand restaurant internal real phenomena with the actual operation ”Fung Shui” address to the restaurant and home to the connection between the two, apart from the fans with disabilities wishing to get rid of our Feng Shui, unknown world also wanted to be able to maintain a respect for thinking to face, and thus do not want good ”Fung Shui”, ”geography” deemed to be an unscientific and superstitious things.
