中國崛起論述與美中區域互動

The Discourse of China Rise and the Regional Interaction of U.S.-Sino

摘要

自1990年代，蘇聯瓦解標示冷戰時代兩極體系消失，隨後短暫的美國單極霸權，但自九一一事件與金融風暴後，國際間更多談論美中共治下的兩強格局。在中美互動上，本文擬採「正反合」的政策辯證方式探討當前互動與未來演進，即在區域或世界政治，美中兩強權力格局下，本文擬以對立形式的政策光譜探討美中互動與演進。美中兩國互動將是一個辯證過程或結果，就美中辯證互動型態而言，可有螺旋型上升、平面發展與下降等三種型態。

Since 1990s, the USSR collapsed have marked the vanish of Cold-War's bi-polar system, subsequently, the superpower America emerging in a short period, but the international community more talked about the power structure of co-managing international affairs under U.S. and China after 911-evidence and the financial storm of 1997. In the field of U.S.-Sino interaction, this paper adopt the dialectical style of positive-negative-synthetic to study the present position and future evolution about its relation, namely in regional or worldside politics under the two powers structure of U.S.-Sino, this paper offer a oppositive mode of policy spectrum to research the relation of U.S.-Sino. The bilateral interaction of this two powers will be a dialectical process or outcome which will shape three possibilities: spiral rise, horizontal development and downside trend.
