大學校院促進學習型城市發展之研究

Research on the Development of Learning Cities Promoted by Universities

摘要


全球化的時代,資訊取得容易,學習資源也越來越豐富。城市間交流頻繁,彼此互相學習、競爭,學習型城市成為各城市未來發展的主軸。學習型城市的推動必須有效的統整城市的終身學習資源,且在各級學校中,即屬大學校院的資源最為豐富,而大學校院更是具有專業多元及完善設備的教育機構。因此,本文首先探討探討大學校院與學習型城市之間的關係;其次了解大學校院在學習型城市可利用的資源;再探究國外學習型城市如何有效運用大學校院之資源成功建立學習型城市;最後,探討大學校院在學習型城市可扮演的角色。

In the era of globalization, obtaining the information is easy and the learning resources are richer and richer. There're frequent exchanges between cities and they learn and compete with each other. Therefore, learning city becomes the cities' spindle of future development. To promote learning cities, we have to integrate the city's lifelong learning resources effectively. Of schools at all levels, the most abundant resources are at universities. And the universities are educational institutions that are professional, diverse, and have perfect equipment.At the beginning of discussion, the research shows relationship between the universities and learning cities; in addition, the literature focused on the available resources of the universities in the learning city; moreover, the documentary analysis examined other foreign learning cities how to use the learning resources of the university effectively; The paper ends exploring the role of universities in learning cities.
