Practical Experience on Light Measurement in Illuminance Engineering

When compared with theoretical science the topics to be covered in this article way have been for away from the present school works. Nevertheless, the basic optical understandings have accompanied us through out our career in many fields. This introduction is to encourage readers who are interested in optics by reminding them certain issues that one may encounter on his way to the ordinary lighting design or the extraordinary illuminance engineering.
